Identifying the personas was our first step in the experience design process.  Our main challenge was creating stories and flows for those personas, and finally designing a seamless social experience for all types of users. We set our goal as working on generating a sincere visual language for the users which will not hold them back when sending messages to the celebrities and also encourage them to use our paid services.  

We started by determining 4 personas and then, created unique user stories and user flows for them. We developed a sincere and fun visual language supported by illustrations, to crack the shyness of fans. Finally, designed a seamless experience to enclose 4 different user types.
We also reconstructed the messaging experience in a way that encourages users to buy.
