Challenges
Sendloop already had an active website and needed some parts of it to be fixed. Our primary goal in the project was to let the visitors get information about Sendloop services easily, direct them to membership; and to improve onboarding processes for members. Creating a user-friendly solution for the "pricing" section was also a priority because they had too many membership options.
Solutions
Solutions
By using illustrations and user-friendly design elements, we optimized the landing and information pages. We also simplified the pricing section and the membership process for better conversion rates.
