Oqius has two type of professional users: brokers and developers. The main challenge was when brokers meet with clients, they needed to prepare lists of buyers interested in properties with all the details. It took them too much time to prepare these lists manually after client meetings, causing daily scheduling problems. We started working on a proposal generation functionality, which allows the brokers to prepare and share lists at their client meetings quickly. Also, we focused on designing a seamless shopping experience for buyers and increasing sales.

We designed a special property search module for buyers which lets users easily find and review the properties they want. Also with our new clean design, we shifted the content to the front and let the buyers focus only on the purchasing process. We developed a proposal generator tool for brokers and let them prepare and share quotes quickly at their meetings with clients.
