Voon is a mobile application provides a new way to experience and share the life; from the past to the future, at any point of a timeline. It allows users to record short videos in a simple and fun way and to share their favorite moments with others in future.

Challenges
When we met with Voon team, their app already had an active audience. But there were some major problems: Onboarding process was complicated to that was making users hesitate to sign up. Also registered users were having difficulties to understand what this app is for and how to use it.

Solutions
In the new version, we focused on creating a seamless onboarding experience. We created the new clear and fluent user interface design, based on the user research data we acquired. We also implemented a hashtag scenario to improve the engagement.
